Role Snapshot
K-12 Account Manager for American Reading Company seeking to generate new business and maintain relationships with school districts across Illinois and Missouri. The role focuses on expanding adoption of ELA literacy solutions while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship expansion across the territory. Conduct the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and provide ongoing account management and strategic advisory to school districts.
Skills & Tools: Prospecting, cold calling, presentation, networking, account management, and self-motivation. Strong ability to work independently while building long-term relationships and understanding customer needs.
Qualifications: Several years of K-12 sales experience required with strong district-level contacts in Illinois/Missouri territory. Experience selling literacy solutions preferred.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $150Kβ$300K/yr
