SUMMARY:

The Sales Leader exists to execute the market sales strategy. The Sales Leader plays a vital role in both generating opportunities and closing opportunities. He or she will work closely with the General Manager (or Sales Director) in accomplishing market sales goals. He or she must have a strong desire to see Booster’s impact grow through the accomplishment of a successful sales strategy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver Sales Presentations - Shared responsibility alongside GMs and SDs in executing sales meetings, MIs and web lead follow up.

Prospecting - Responsible (or shared responsibility with the Sales Specialist) for generating sales opportunities through various sales channels (email, phone calls, and drop by visits).

Research & Preparation - Responsible for knowing the market, staying apprised of market competition and adjusting strategy to best fit client needs. It’s a must to research & prepare tailored sales materials for each school such as comparison reports, recommendation letters, competition pricing and new product information.

Plan & Execute Sales Events - Oversee Sales Events with the GM and or SD. Work with the sales team to create, organize, and execute sales focused events such as luncheons, networking experiences, and parent board events.

Assist Sales Strategy & Implementation - Assist in building and implementing short term and long term sales strategy alongside the GM or SD. Identify key markets and targets to best grow the market.
