Role Snapshot
The Data Integration Engineer at Strada Education Foundation (InsideTrack) will enhance student success outcomes by developing and managing data integration pipelines that connect customer systems to the InsideTrack coaching platform. This role involves technical development, client collaboration, and process automation to deliver quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Create and support ETL scripts and data pipelines, develop integration automation using SnapLogic, gather and document requirements from stakeholders, validate client data quality through QA processes, investigate and resolve integration issues, and act as a liaison between internal teams and client partners. The role requires managing manual processes, maintaining code documentation in GitHub, and providing ongoing support for customer programs.
Skills & Tools: Required technical skills include experience with data integration, ETL tools, SnapLogic, SQL, and programming languages; strong problem-solving abilities in technical and non-technical contexts are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for collaborating across diverse teams and consulting with clients on best practices.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience is required. 3-5 years in data-related roles with client interaction experience is preferred.
Location: California
Compensation: $80K–$90K/yr
