Summary

Director-level role responsible for setting learning design standards and strategy across a global organization. You'll serve as a senior advisor to clients, internal quality leader, and capability builder who shapes how learning is designed, delivered, and measured at scale.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior stakeholders on performance consulting and learning strategy, translate complex business problems into scalable learning architectures, set and enforce design standards, review senior consultant work, and lead discovery conversations. Guide AI integration into workflows, coach senior team members, and oversee multiple complex programs at a strategic level.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in learning experience architecture, performance consulting, multi-modal learning design, and measurement frameworks. Strong strategic advisory and coaching abilities, with demonstrated capability to influence across organizations and apply emerging technologies including AI to learning solutions.
Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in learning design, performance consulting, or related field, with significant progression beyond execution into strategic leadership roles. Proven track record of setting organizational standards and building capability in senior teams.

Compensation: ₹1.8M–₹3.2M/yr (estimated)

Director, Learning Experience Architecture

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director, Learning Experience Architect to set the standard for how learning is designed, delivered, and measured across our global organization.

This is not a typical design role. You’ll operate as a senior advisor to clients, a quality and strategy leader internally, and a builder of capability across our most experienced consultants. You’ll shape how we approach performance consulting, define what “great” looks like in learning design, and influence how emerging technologies, including AI, are embedded into our workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to diagnose performance challenges and define learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Translate complex problems into scalable, multi-modal learning architectures and program approaches

  • Set and enforce design, quality, and measurement standards across the organization

  • Review and elevate work from senior designers and consultants, strengthening overall consulting rigor

  • Lead discovery conversations that separate true business needs from surface-level training requests

  • Shape solution design for proposals and high-value engagements

  • Guide how AI and emerging tools are applied across design and delivery workflows

  • Coach and develop senior team members, raising capability and strategic independence

  • Oversee multiple complex programs at a strategic level, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact
