Skills & Tools: Technical proficiency in eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, WCAG/Section 508), LMS platforms, and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate); strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities with adaptability to new tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2–4 years of eLearning QA or software testing experience; ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹4,50,000 – ₹6,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

QA Engineer (Accessibility Expert)

Role Overview

The QA Engineer (Accessibility Expert) is responsible for validating the quality, functionality, and

accessibility compliance of eLearning content across formats such as Web-Based Training (WBT),

Instructor-Led Training (ILT), PDFs, and mobile learning modules. The role ensures all learning

assets meet technical standards, accessibility requirements, and user experience expectations

before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct end-to-end testing of eLearning content to ensure functionality, design consistency,

and user experience quality.

•Perform manual and basic automated testing across WBT, ILT, PDF, and mobile learning

courses.

•Ensure compliance with SCORM, AICC, and accessibility standards (WCAG / Section 508).

•Validate course functionality across Learning Management Systems (LMS).

•Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar bug-tracking systems.

•Support accessibility testing to ensure courses meet inclusion and usability standards.

Technical Skills

•Understanding of eLearning standards – SCORM, AICC, WCAG / Section 508

•Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)

•Familiarity with QA tools, defect tracking systems, and testing workflows (Jira preferred)

Soft Skills

•Attention to detail and analytical thinking

•Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines

•Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new tools and technologies

Qualification & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

•2–4 years of experience in eLearning QA or software testing

•Certification such as ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred
