Role Snapshot

LearnUpon seeks a Spanish Bilingual Priority Customer Success Manager to support customers in the US and LATAM regions while managing a large customer base at scale. This hybrid role focuses on delivering customer experiences that drive business results through learner-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Triage and respond to customer queries in English and Spanish, manage outreach campaigns at scale, and collaborate across teams to communicate priorities and gather feedback. Proactively identify opportunities for customers to expand value from LearnUpon while supporting the Priority team's goals and targets.
Skills & Tools: Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. Experience with CSP tools such as Planhat and familiarity with e-learning or educational technology are advantageous.
Qualifications: At least one year of experience in a Customer Success role or equivalent position with demonstrated drive for results. Ability to maintain motivation and positivity in a fast-paced environment with collaborative working practices and strong communication skills.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Compensation: $70Kโ€“$90K/yr
