Summary
The Senior Manager, Design & Development at Western Governors University oversees the creation of competency-based learning experiences and manages teams of assessment developers and instructional designers to deliver high-quality educational content for academic programs.

Qualifications: Master's degree preferred with at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in higher education with experience in curriculum development, process development, and change management.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America
Compensation: $101,000 – $181,800/year
