Job Description
As the primary technical contact, you’ll guide district administrators through onboarding and configuring Clever’s paid offerings, including Identity Management (IDM) and Classroom Multi-Factor Authentication (CMFA). Leveraging your technical expertise and customer-facing skills, you’ll ensure a seamless setup experience by answering questions, leading onboarding calls, and providing technical guidance throughout the process.
You'll dive into a variety of tasks, including:
- Conduct onboarding calls, guiding district administrators through product set up.
- Provide proactive outreach, nudging customers through their next onboarding steps.
- Track, prioritize, and manage onboarding cases effectively.
- Answer customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge.
- Establish trust with key district stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Work with team members to escalate issues to Support, Product, and Engineer teams
- Meet and exceed service level expectations, driving high customer satisfaction.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Start date: Week of April 14th or April 21st, 2025
- Location: Anywhere in the United States
- Pay rate: $28/hr (40 hours a week)
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in technical and customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Skilled at multitasking across calls, tickets, and internal communications.
- Adept at engaging district administrators, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Empathetic and committed to supporting district administrators.
- Collaborative team player who partners across teams to solve challenges.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to support colleagues and adapt to team needs.
- Open to giving and receiving feedback for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Passionate about education, technology, and working with school districts.

SALARY TRANSPARENCY:
Compensation for this role for candidates living in the United States, besides NYC and San Francisco, CA, is $28 per hour. For candidates living in NYC and San Francisco, CA is $31 per hour.
