Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of Amplify's asynchronous digital professional development experiences for educators. Oversee content development, LMS implementation, and ensure high-quality, scalable training that meets diverse educator needs.

Key Responsibilities: Establish asynchronous PD strategy and vision aligned with organizational goals; oversee content authoring, delivery, and maintenance in the PD resource site. Lead cross-functional collaborations, manage LMS rollout, and execute course development and migration strategies.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in digital learning, instructional design, LMS administration, and project management; strong operational excellence and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital learning or instructional design. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and proficiency in design tools preferred.

Location: Fully remote position based in the United States with approximately 10% minimal travel requirements.

Compensation: $97,000 – $115,000 / annually
