Summary
Education Consultant at CDW who serves as a subject matter expert in SaaS tools for education, supporting EDU clients with setup, configuration, adoption, and evaluation to ensure effective and safe learning environments.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for CDW's SaaS portfolio, discover and analyze customer requirements, monitor onboarding progress, provide technical support and training, and maintain expertise in Google Workspace for Education configurations.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical background in Google Workspace for Education and SaaS implementation, exceptional customer service and communication skills, ability to convey technical information clearly, and self-motivation for remote work across time zones.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 3+ years of professional systems administration experience (or 7 years total IT experience including 3+ years in systems administration). Familiarity with Google for Education admin consoles is required.
Location: Fully remote (United States) with potential travel up to 25%
Compensation: $68,500 – $95,700/year
