Join Amplify as an Analytics Engineer to transform educational data into actionable insights that enhance K-12 learning experiences. Develop analytical models and data solutions that drive product design and improve student outcomes across 15+ million students.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data models, build ELT data pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide clean, reliable metrics for product teams and business partners. Architect data warehouse schemas, build dbt transformations, and ensure data security and privacy while supporting insights for school administrators and educators.

Skills & Tools: Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT frameworks with essential experience in Looker, Python, Snowflake, and dbt. Familiar with tools like Fivetran, Airflow, Tableau, and data engineering best practices including CI/CD and version control.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science with at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development or data engineering. Strong foundation in analytics engineering, data warehousing, and ability to work cross-functionally with agile teams.

Location: Remote - United States

Compensation: $115,000 – $129,000 / annually
