We’re looking for a couple of designers to lead two exciting areas of our product portfolio — either Revenue or User Growth.

Billing and Revenue Growth

You’ll design intuitive, reliable experiences that help admins manage their organizations with ease—from handling approvals to upgrading plans and optimizing account settings. As part of the team, you’ll refine complex workflows, remove friction, and create solutions that drive long-term customer engagement. Balancing admin needs with business goals, you’ll shape a seamless billing and account management experience that sits at the core of Figma’s growth.

User Growth

You’ll take a lead role in making Figma more intuitive, accessible, and indispensable to teams around the world. You’ll push beyond just optimizations by combining user insights, product data, and business strategy to form new hypotheses, then rapidly test, iterate, and scale solutions—all without sacrificing the high craft bar we uphold. Whether it’s reducing friction, uncovering value, or crafting entirely new ways for users to explore Figma’s ecosystem, you’ll be designing with impact in mind.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
  • Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Design and ship high-quality product improvements
  • Directly impact the health and success of the business and our customers

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software
  • Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end
  • Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex or system-oriented user problems
  • Experience handling complex projects with overlapping organizational lines
  • An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and successfully shipping high-quality products in high growth environments
  • Experience using testing, experimentation and research to inform design decisions
  • A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals
  • A generative spirit, and excitement for creative problem solving

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
