Summary
Handshake is recruiting experienced housekeeping and food service supervisors to participate in a temporary AI training project, evaluating and developing AI prompts based on their professional expertise with flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate AI prompts reflecting real-world housekeeping and food service scenarios, assess AI-generated responses, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model understanding of workplace tasks and industry language.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, with experience in staff training, supervision, service quality management, and customer relations.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in supervisory roles within housekeeping, food service, or related fields, with demonstrated responsibilities in worker training, operational problem-solving, and quality standards enforcement.
Location: California
Compensation: $60/hr
