Summary
Senior People Insights Consultant at BetterUp who applies behavioral science expertise to enhance employer/employee relationships through business insights, driving organizational transformation and employee success.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep discovery and account planning to support sales, design solutions leveraging business and human capital knowledge, deliver presentations on behavioral science insights, and partner with customer success teams to analyze data and drive retention.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in behavioral science and HR, strong presentation and communication abilities, business acumen, comfort working with data, and collaborative problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications: Master's degree with 7+ years of consulting experience, or PhD with 5+ years of experience, preferably with domain expertise in talent development or management.
Location: Remote from California, United States, with occasional travel required up to 40%.
Compensation: $142,500 – $242,000/year
