Summary

Sales Strategic Partnerships Lead role at Blackbaud focused on driving new business for YourCause CSR solutions by building strategic partnerships with Corporate Social Responsibility teams in the Central North Territory. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business by qualifying and closing opportunities for YourCause CSR solutions, build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, deliver ROI-focused proposals, collaborate across teams for service excellence, and maintain accurate sales forecasts while staying informed on CSR trends.
Skills & Tools: Strong software sales experience, corporate partnerships or CSR background, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and goal-oriented mindset with proven business development expertise. Experience with employee giving, engagement, or social impact programs is preferred.
Qualifications: Proven track record in business development and growth with relevant software sales, corporate partnerships, or CSR experience. Passion for corporate philanthropy and experience with employee engagement or social impact programs is a plus.
Location: Minnesota, Kansas
Compensation: $101K–$138K/yr
