Qualifications: Proven track record in business development and growth with relevant software sales, corporate partnerships, or CSR experience. Passion for corporate philanthropy and experience with employee engagement or social impact programs is a plus.
Location: Remote from Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, or Kansas with approximately 20% travel required within the Central North Territory.
Compensation: $101,400 – $138,100 / annually

We’re looking for a driven, energetic sales professional to help grow our Corporate Impact business by building strategic partnerships with CSR teams within a CENTRAL NORTH TERRITORY including MN/IA/MO/NE/KS. What you'll do

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $101,400.00 to $138,100.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
