Business Development Representative at Docebo targeting Mid-Market accounts in North America to drive pipeline growth using AI-driven learning solutions. This role is crucial for fueling Docebo's expansion by identifying key stakeholders and engaging prospects with personalized outreach.
Key Responsibilities: Identify ideal key stakeholders from target accounts, create compelling messaging, conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, and deliver exceptional experiences to inbound prospects. Ultimate goal is pipeline generation through effective adoption of all listed responsibilities.
Skills & Tools: Strong qualification and call control abilities, self-motivation, goal-orientation, exceptional communication skills, and proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality, plus 1+ year of inside sales or call center experience. Demand generation or marketing function experience preferred; previous Mid-Market BDR/Sales experience is a bonus.
