The Technical Enablement Manager empowers teams to leverage technology effectively, including AI tools and platforms, by bridging the gap between technological potential and real-world execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop product knowledge and stay informed about system features and updates; collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into business value; facilitate adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies; develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical competencies; and establish best practices for optimizing technology usage.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical acumen with understanding of software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise AI platforms; excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly; project management experience in scoping and executing technology projects; cross-functional collaboration abilities; and analytical thinking for identifying optimal solutions.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, project management, or similar roles; proficiency in administering enterprise AI tools including access configuration, licensing management, usage monitoring, and vendor coordination; and commitment to continuous learning on emerging technologies and AI governance.
Location: Remote - US MA Remote
Compensation: $93K–$166K/yr

As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering our teams to leverage technology effectively, including the growing portfolio of AI tools and platforms the organization deploys. Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT resources to understand business need. Translating requirements into business value. Tool Adoption: Facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies. Training and Skill Enhancement: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical competencies across teams. Best Practices: Establish best practices for optimizing technology usage in achieving business objectives. Who we're looking for:  Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of various technologies, including software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise AI platforms and tooling. Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Project Management: Experience in scoping, planning, and executing technology-related projects. Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users. Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing integration requirements and identifying optimal solutions. Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in enterprise AI. This includes tracking how AI tools evolve, how organizations govern their use, and how end users can apply them effectively. AI Tool Administration: Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including configuring access and permissions, managing licensing, monitoring usage and adoption, communicating policies to end users, and coordinating with vendors on deployment and support. Required Education and Experience:  5+ years experience within technical enablement, project management, or a similar role preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) are advantageous. Benefits and Pay Range: Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250 - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws. Employees have access to a flexible vacation and sick policy in addition to twelve paid holidays and a winter office closure between Christmas and New Year's, as well as a number of additional perks and benefits.
