The Sales and Service Operations Analyst supports both Sales and Partner Success Management (PSM) Operations within the Sales and Service Systems team. This individual will support key operational systems and processes, including Salesforce, cross-functional training programs, and documentation. The role serves as a connector across Sales, PSM, and adjacent teams, driving consistency, adoption, and continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce experience, comfort working within Agile project frameworks, and a passion for enabling teams through clear processes and training.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Salesforce & Systems Support Support Salesforce pipeline management and operations for the PSM team, ensuring data integrity, accurate workflows, and timely resolution of issues Perform data investigations, testing, and validation to maintain accuracy across Salesforce and related systems Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide Sales and PSM leadership with visibility into pipelines, KPIs, and operational performance Partner with Business Systems and cross-functional teams to support system improvements, new tool integrations, and related operational initiatives Contribute to Jira-based project tracking for larger initiatives, including reviewing tickets, providing updates, and collaborating with project stakeholders PSM Operations Own and maintain PSM systems support in partnership with Business Systems, with a focus on improving accuracy, automation, and scalability over time Support PSM case management and operational KPIs within Salesforce Identify opportunities to streamline and improve PSM operational processes in partnership with the PSM team System Scalability and Efficiency Drive system scalability and efficiency by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce and related tools, recommending and implementing improvements that reduce manual effort and support team growth Training & Enablement Own and continuously improve onboarding training programs, including content updates, scheduling, and delivery Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new processes, system changes, and operational best practices Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce and related Sales and PSM systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations to stakeholders across the organization Cross-Functional Collaboration Support larger cross-functional initiatives by coordinating across Sales, PSM, Finance, and Business Systems Contribute to process improvement and operational analysis efforts, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership Partner with the broader Sales and Service Systems team to ensure alignment on priorities and execution Documentation Own the creation, maintenance, and organization of operational documentation across Sales and PSM Operations Audit and consolidate existing documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
Required Job Skills and Abilities: Strong Salesforce skills, including experience with pipeline management, reporting, and data integrity
- Salesforce certification is a significant advantage Experience working with AI tools and a curiosity for applying AI to improve operational workflows and team productivity Experience working in Agile or project-based environments
- familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools preferred Demonstrated ability to own and manage operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, audience-appropriate documentation and training materials Comfortable facilitating training sessions and presenting to small and large-sized groups Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process optimization, documentation, and enabling others
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related field required 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/operational role Salesforce experience required; Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification strongly preferred Experience with project management tools (Jira preferred) and Agile methodologies a plus Experience developing or delivering training programs and/or operational documentation preferred
Benefits and Pay Range: Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
