Role Snapshot
The Educational Partnerships Manager drives K12 sales for Discovery Education by building relationships with key stakeholders and meeting revenue targets through consultative selling. This remote field sales role focuses on aligning educational products with customer needs across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultative discussions to identify customer needs, achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, build relationships with school district decision-makers, and manage territory pipeline and prospecting activities. Facilitate customer-facing meetings, report on sales activities and forecasts, and research market trends to drive strategic new business development.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and presentation skills, CRM familiarity, negotiation abilities, and territory sales experience are essential. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and understand the K12 education marketplace.
Qualifications: Requires 2+ years of direct sales experience or education field experience, preferably with teaching or education technology background. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and legal right to work in the United States.
Location: Washington
Compensation: $70Kโ$100K/yr
