Role Snapshot
Account Executive for CTL specializing in K-12 device lifecycle solutions across the Mountain/Central U.S. region. Responsible for expanding CTL's presence in school districts through strategic territory development and enterprise-level consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic territory plans using procurement databases to identify opportunities, build relationships with district leaders (CIOs, IT directors, superintendents), and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through implementation. Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to deliver solutions, maintain pipeline growth, and represent CTL at regional education technology events.
Skills & Tools: Proven K-12 sales experience with solution selling expertise, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, proficiency with sales intelligence tools and AI-driven prospecting platforms, and deep understanding of public sector procurement processes and K-12 funding cycles.
Qualifications: 3+ years of K-12 sales experience with proven success managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes; former school district CIO or IT Manager experience is strongly preferred. Must live in the territory (WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, NV, OK) with ability to travel extensively across multiple states.

Compensation: $80Kβ$275K/yr
