What You’ll Do

As our Senior Engagement Specialist, you’ll qualify new business opportunities and support peers to drive sales pipeline. You’ll engage with educators through outbound and inbound channels, contribute to ABM campaigns, and collaborate with the Manager of Engagement Specialists to improve team execution and lead quality.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct outreach to qualify leads and guide prospects into the sales funnel
  • Execute personalized outreach within ABM campaigns
  • Support onboarding and peer coaching
  • Assist in coverage for open territories and high-priority campaigns
  • Contribute to lead qualification strategy and workflows
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and share educator insights
  • Provide feedback to inform marketing strategy

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in engagement, sales development, or marketing operations
  • You are a strong communicator and collaborative team member
  • You are skilled in lead qualification and ABM execution
  • You are proficient in Salesforce and outreach platforms
  • You are data-aware and focused on continuous improvement
  • You are committed to inclusive, educator-first engagement practices
  • You are passionate about education and innovation
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Pay range for this role:
$50,000$60,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
