Summary
Lead a team of Field Account Managers in the higher education sales segment at CDW, responsible for achieving sales and profit goals while managing a $35+ million book of business. Drive team productivity, customer relationships, and interdepartmental collaboration to deliver superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies and territory plans, coach and manage approximately 10 direct reports, and manage customer relationships with technology specialists and vendor partners. Monitor team performance, handle resource allocation, create operating plans, and participate in customer-facing activities and strategic account management.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and consultative selling abilities with proven track record in effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication. Demonstrated capability in team coaching, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred with minimum 3 years of management experience and 2 years of industry or distribution channel experience. Experience leading sales teams and managing large customer accounts required.
Location: Remote from Colorado, United States with up to 50% travel requirement
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 / annually
