Summary

Senior Business Development Manager at 3P Learning responsible for generating revenue by partnering with K-12 educators to expand adoption of educational technology products. This role directly impacts learning outcomes for millions of children globally while driving business growth in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for both outbound and inbound leads, collaborating with educators to understand their needs and align 3P's solutions. Conduct occasional local and national travel to strategic meetings and conferences, with potential annual international travel.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of K-12 SaaS education technology sales experience with expertise in prospecting, relationship building, and quota achievement. Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator), strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and a process-driven mindset.
Qualifications: 5+ years of proven K-12 new business sales success within the Canadian market, specifically in the SaaS education technology industry. Experience thriving in quota-driven environments with strong organizational skills and technical systems understanding.
Location: Hybrid in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with occasional local/national travel and potential annual international travel
Compensation: CA$90,000 – CA$130,000 annually
