Summary
Figma seeks an experienced Director of Product for Developer Tools to lead strategy and vision for advancing developer efficiency features. This role ensures Figma remains at the forefront of how products are designed and built, including Dev Mode, MCP servers, and future developer tools investments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and strategize for the Developer Tools team, align with engineering and product leadership, and support a diverse group of engineers and designers. Partner across Figma to define strategic bets focused on developer efficiency and code generation while driving product vision and priorities.
Skills & Tools: Experience working on developer products or products for highly technical audiences, proven ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes with executives and teams, and direct experience managing and growing product managers. A development background and strong understanding of design processes are valuable additions.
Qualifications: Track record of shipping successful, high-impact consumer-facing products with experience in developer tools or technical products. Direct people management experience growing product management teams is required.
Location: Remote within Eastern time zone or New York, NY, United States
Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000/year
