Summary
Lead a team of 5-8 enterprise account managers at Docebo to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Focus on implementing account strategies and achieving revenue targets within the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement account growth strategies, lead and mentor a team of enterprise account managers to meet revenue and retention targets, and collaborate across Professional Services, Customer Success, and New Business teams. Monitor account performance, provide leadership insights, manage forecasting accuracy, and serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication abilities in English, strong data-driven decision-making, proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and ability to mentor and develop sales professionals. Cross-functional collaboration and strategic account planning experience required.
Qualifications: 10+ years of technology enterprise sales experience, at least 2 years in management, and experience in B2B software sales and Human Resources technology preferred.
Location: Canada
Compensation: CA$90K–CA$135K/yr
