Summary
Field Operations Engineer for CENTEGIX, a wearable safety technology leader, serving as the trusted face of the company to help schools, hospitals, and government offices maximize their safety platform. This role combines technical troubleshooting with relationship-building to ensure customer satisfaction and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Install and troubleshoot CENTEGIX safety technology on-site, resolve platform issues with IT and Operations leaders, and serve as the primary customer-facing representative ensuring confidence in solutions. Additionally, provide partner training, coordinate with internal teams for seamless support, and capture product feedback for development teams.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and presentation abilities with strong customer interaction and trust-building focus; basic technical knowledge, multitasking capability, and problem-solving aptitude required.
Qualifications: High school diploma required with a college degree preferred; 2+ years of customer-facing experience and understanding of basic networking fundamentals.
Location: Hybrid in Blue Valley, Kansas, United States with up to 50% travel required (primarily local/regional).
Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000/year
