Summary

Strategic leader role overseeing a team of coaches and content specialists to enhance early childhood education outcomes in Wisconsin through professional development and coaching. Position focuses on driving mission to eliminate gaps between young children's potential and school/life success.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise coaches and content specialists, recruit and manage team members, ensure quality coaching practices and fidelity, provide direct coaching support to programs in Southeastern Wisconsin counties, and evaluate data to improve individual and team practices. Also develop professional development initiatives, maintain collaborative learning communities, and work cross-functionally to streamline coaching practices.
Skills & Tools: Experience in early childhood education, coaching, and leadership; strong communication and data evaluation skills; ability to supervise and mentor team members; familiarity with Wisconsin YoungStar system preferred. Growth mindset, transparent communication, and commitment to championing equality required.
Qualifications: Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in early childhood education and leadership roles required.
Location: Hybrid in Southeastern Wisconsin (Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Waukesha County), United States; up to 60% local travel required
Compensation: $76,737/year
