Summary

Lead complex learning solutions and eLearning programs end-to-end for multiple clients while building strong relationships and driving measurable business outcomes. This client-facing role operates at the center of engagement, solutioning, and delivery, owning both execution and account success.

Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple learning programs across clients ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality; partner directly with clients to understand business goals and align solutions; translate requirements into clear direction for cross-functional teams; drive program governance including KPIs, risk management, and compliance; and proactively communicate progress and identify account growth opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Strong program management capabilities including stakeholder management, risk assessment, and budget oversight; expertise in learning solutions, eLearning, or training delivery; excellent client communication and relationship-building skills; ability to translate business requirements into solutions; and decision-making ability to balance client needs with business outcomes.
Qualifications: Experienced Program Manager with a strong background in learning solutions, eLearning, or training delivery; experience managing complex, client-facing programs with proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes.

Program Manager | Learning Solutions / eLearning | Client-Facing

Position type: Full-time employee

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in learning solutions, eLearning, or training delivery to lead complex programs end-to-end while building strong client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.

This is not a back-office PM role. You will operate at the center of client engagement, solutioning, and delivery, owning both execution and account success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage multiple learning programs across clients, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality

  • Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, uncover learning needs, and align solutions accordingly

  • Translate client requirements into clear direction for cross-functional teams (design, development, delivery)

  • Drive program governance, including KPIs, risk management, forecasting, and compliance

  • Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and learning objectives

  • Proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional work or expanded scope

  • Navigate complex challenges and make sound decisions that balance client needs and business outcomes
