Summary

Senior Vice President of Marketing for WorldStrides' K12 Group Travel division reporting to EVP, Group. Responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and execution across multiple travel brands to drive revenue growth and EBITDA through consumer-centric, digitally-focused marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage Group and centralized marketing budgets, and lead digital lead generation campaigns across multiple channels. Serve as strategic partner to sales and product teams, optimize customer journey and website experience, and drive new product launches and category awareness initiatives.

Skills & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in digital marketing platforms and website design, with strong analytical and communication abilities. Must demonstrate change leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and ability to evolve team structures and processes in dynamic environments.

Qualifications: Minimum 15+ years of marketing experience with 7+ years in a leadership role, preferably in K12 or travel marketing sectors. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or related field preferred.

Location: United States

Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000/year
