Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive - West is responsible for exceeding sales objectives and building new revenue streams through strong relationship management, market identification, and C-Suite engagement in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales quotas by expanding business with new and existing clients, executing sales campaigns to drive product exposure, and converting qualified leads into deals. Lead RFP processes, manage territory pipeline, conduct quarterly reviews, and collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize bookings.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience with demonstrated C-Suite interaction capability and experience selling to large, complex organizations. Strong commercial communication skills, challenger sales methodology expertise, relationship building, problem-solving, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, 2+ years of C-Suite interactions, and proven success in territory management, SaaS solution selling, and selling to F100 clients at executive levels (CHRO, CIO, CFO).
Location: Remote from Seattle, Washington, United States
Compensation: $100,000 β $160,000/year
