Summary

Evolv Technology seeks a Flex Account Manager in the East to launch their new Evolv Flex Program by driving customer acquisition and building channel partner relationships while advancing the company's mission to improve public safety through AI-powered security solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop territory plans, build sales pipeline, manage forecasts, coordinate with internal teams and channel partners, and achieve revenue targets by selling Evolv's solutions across schools, government facilities, and various markets. Conduct prospecting, qualify leads, manage opportunities via Salesforce, participate in exhibitions and conferences, and execute quarterly revenue targets.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales cycle management, channel partner relationship building, consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation capabilities. Ability to convey complex technology messaging, forecast accurately, and demonstrate territory development.
Qualifications: Proven track record in similar sales roles with experience in public and private sectors and familiarity with enterprise sales processes. Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology and experience with AI or security solutions is preferred.
Location: Remote from Atlanta, Georgia, United States; flexible throughout Atlanta metro area with potential travel across Eastern region.
Compensation: $63,000 – $100,000/year
