Summary

Sales Executive role at Learning Without Tears focused on driving sales growth and building partnerships with K-12 schools and districts in AR, LA, MS, and TN. The position emphasizes field-based work to expand new business and strengthen existing relationships with educators.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales objectives by identifying and cultivating prospective districts/schools, expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and developing territory growth plans including school visits, presentations, and personalized outreach. Build balanced pipelines, deliver engaging presentations to educators and administrators, and provide market feedback to internal teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales experience in educational products, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build client relationships, CRM proficiency, and expertise in K-12 education systems. Must demonstrate organizational skills, territory management capability, and ability to identify market trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in education or business-related field preferred; 4+ years of sales experience required with knowledge of K-12 systems. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills essential.
Location: Remote, field-based within Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee, United States; up to 80% travel required.
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000/year
