Product Manager Special Education

Twój zakres obowiązków Współtworzenie koncepcji merytorycznych nowych produktów edukacyjnych dla obszaru Specjalnych Potrzeb Edukacyjnych (SPE). Opracowywanie materiałów edukacyjnych, m.in. kart pracy, scenariuszy zajęć oraz treści do publikacji. Pozyskiwanie i rozwijanie współpracy z autorami, ekspertami oraz specjalistami zaangażowanymi w tworzenie produktów i działania marketingowe (webinary, artykuły, konferencje). Koordynowanie pracy zespołu autorskiego, nadzór nad terminową realizacją materiałów oraz ich weryfikacja pod kątem jakości merytorycznej i funkcjonalności. Dbanie o wysoką jakość i poprawność merytoryczną publikacji. Prowadzenie prezentacji oraz szkoleń produktowych dla klientów i pracowników. Nasze wymagania Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (np. pedagogika specjalna, oligofrenopedagogika, logopedia, terapia pedagogiczna, pedagogika opiekuńczo-wychowawcza, resocjalizacyjna, szkolna lub filologia polska z kwalifikacjami pedagogicznymi). Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy nauczycielskiej lub terapeutycznej z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Znajomość metod pracy edukacyjnej i terapeutycznej z dziećmi ze SPE. Kreatywność i umiejętność tworzenia angażujących materiałów edukacyjnych. Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację. Mile widziane Dodatkowe kwalifikacje lub uprawnienia terapeutyczne. Znajomość środowiska specjalistów pracujących z dziećmi ze SPE. Doświadczenie autorskie, redakcyjne lub szkoleniowe. Umiejętność analizy danych i wyciągania wniosków. Praktyczne wykorzystywanie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK) w pracy z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi.
