Summary
Join hand2mind as an Educational Sales Consultant to promote hands-on learning solutions across Indiana and Kentucky by building trusted relationships with educators and school districts. This role offers the opportunity to grow a sales territory while enriching student learning experiences through innovative educational products.
Key Responsibilities: Deploy solution selling skills to prospect new business, manage the assigned territory through sales calls and customer relationship management, plan sales awareness events, and attend conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness. Maintain a CRM pipeline, team sell with regional colleagues, and serve as the company liaison in your territory.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales abilities, relationship-building expertise, excellent communication skills, and solution-selling capabilities are essential. Teaching or administrative experience is beneficial, along with the ability to manage territory independently and work collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications: A college degree is required; experience in elementary education or sales is beneficial but not mandatory. Teaching or administrative background is a plus.
Location: Remote from Indiana or Kentucky, United States, with significant travel required (up to 70%) within the territory.
Compensation: $85,000 β $103,000/year
