Summary
Join 95 Percent Group as a Human Resources Generalist to manage comprehensive HR operations including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and employee engagement in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily HR duties including payroll processing in ADP, benefits and leave administration, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement activities while maintaining confidentiality and providing support to business leaders.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ADP Workforce Now, and applicant tracking systems; strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced small to mid-sized company; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Location: Hybrid in Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000/year
