Summary
The Compensation Consultant supports the development, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs including base salary and short-term/long-term incentives. This role partners with finance, legal, and broader teams to adapt compensation strategies in response to market trends and regulatory changes.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data linking; strong verbal and written communication; demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to business changes. International compensation design experience and knowledge of Changepoint, PeopleSoft, and ProClarity preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of compensation experience OR 7+ years of relevant experience; Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) certification preferred. History of maintaining sensitive and confidential information required.

Compensation: $79,000 β $110,200 / annually
