Role Snapshot
The Compensation Consultant supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs including base salary and incentive structures at CDW. This role involves participating in market surveys, designing salary structures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization capabilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional competencies needed are analytical abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of compensation experience or 7+ years of compensation experience. Preferred qualifications include international compensation design experience and proficiency with tools such as Changepoint, PeopleSoft, and ProClarity, along with CSCP certification.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $79K–$110K/yr
