About the Role: 

As the leader of our solution marketing team, you will drive our global go-to-market strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and product management, and oversee the successful launch of core product releases. You'll manage a team of 4-5 marketers, handle budget planning and reporting, and implement KPIs to measure the impact of our marketing initiatives. By conducting continuous market research and analysing trends, you’ll ensure our solutions remain competitively positioned. Your role involves creating compelling messaging for every stage of the sales journey, building a high-performing product marketing organization, and mentoring team members for professional growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to gather customer insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Mentor and develop the product marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product marketing within a SaaS or technology environment, including managing marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly share marketing strategies and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating practical solutions.

If performed in Maryland, the pay range is $107,900 - $179,900. U.S. National Pay Range: $102,800 - $171,300.
