Summary

Join Colibri Group as a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to students and instructors while fostering a positive environment. This hybrid role in Scottsdale serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, supporting daily facility needs and creating outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in guests, manage student inquiries both in-person and virtually, maintain accurate student records using CRM software, and assist with class scheduling and preparation. Support the Site Manager with administrative tasks, inventory management, facility maintenance, and special event coordination.
Skills & Tools: Excellent customer service and communication abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software experience. Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, patient, and responsive demeanor.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required.
Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States
Compensation: $35,000 – $50,000/year
