Summary

Lead enterprise sales across higher education and workforce partners at Riipen, driving strategic account management and revenue growth in the US market. Position requires both strategic selling expertise and leadership to build a predictable, high-performance enterprise sales function.

Key Responsibilities: Drive enterprise sales initiatives targeting cabinet-level institutional and workforce leaders; build and manage a named-account sales pipeline while leading cross-functional pursuit teams. Own material portions of new bookings targets, maintain sales discipline and forecasting, and serve as executive engagement lead on strategic opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Proven enterprise B2B sales expertise with ability to navigate complex organizational structures and cabinet-level decision cycles; strong commercial judgment, executive engagement capabilities, and consultative selling approach.
Qualifications: Track record of building relationships with senior academic and workforce leaders; experience in work-based learning, experiential learning, or related education/workforce sectors with demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
Location: Remote from United States, with travel as needed
Compensation: $130,000 – $200,000/year
