Skills & Tools: Expertise in federal organizations, SaaS principles, customer success tactics, cybersecurity fundamentals, and strong communication capabilities. Must demonstrate adaptability, active listening, assertiveness, proficiency in tools like ChurnZero, HubSpot, and Tableau, and ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.
Qualifications: Previous customer success experience preferred with proficiency in cybersecurity practices and demonstrated ability to work with federal government organizations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Location: Remote from California, United States
Compensation: $96,000 – $126,000/year
