Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with deep understanding of K-12 education dynamics, high school instruction, assessments, and data utilization. Demonstrated ability to drive educational improvement, manage partnerships, and translate strategic vision into coherent national programs.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of academic leadership experience, preferably as a Chief Academic Officer or equivalent senior district-level role, with proven track record of driving educational improvement and team performance. Prior experience in high school coursework, assessment strategies, and educational leadership required.
Location: Virginia
Compensation: $275K–$310K/yr
