Role Snapshot
The Enterprise Account Executive drives sales growth at Eightfold by expanding client relationships and developing revenue streams through strategic engagement with enterprise clients and partners. This role focuses on meeting sales quotas and identifying key market opportunities within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales quotas, expand business with new and existing clients, execute marketing plans to increase product exposure, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Lead RFP processes, influence client decisions, and work cross-functionally with SDR, Sales Engineering, and Product Management teams.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of enterprise-level SaaS solution selling experience with strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability with C-Suite interactions, territory management, challenger sales methodology, and experience selling to F100 clients in complex organizational structures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience with 5+ years of enterprise-level sales and 2+ years of C-Suite interaction experience. Preferred experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR application selling to CHRO, CIO, or CFO level executives.
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $100Kβ$180K/yr
