Role Snapshot

Enterprise Sales Executive leading new business development for K-12 education at The Renaissance Network, Inc. This role involves prospecting opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building partnerships with senior education decision-makers to address the national teacher shortage.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new district and agency opportunities, lead end-to-end sales cycles from generation through contract execution, and consistently meet revenue goals while developing trusted relationships with key education decision-makers. Partner with sales leadership on go-to-market strategies and provide market feedback for product and service enhancements.
Skills & Tools: Strong K-12 sales expertise with proficiency in proposal crafting, executive presentations, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level executives, navigate complex procurement landscapes, and close million-dollar deals with consultative approach.
Qualifications: Several years of proven K-12 sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-growth environments. Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field preferred; must demonstrate knowledge of public-sector procurement and ability to navigate long, complex decision-making cycles.
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $120K–$150K/yr
