Summary

Skills & Tools: Strong empathy, active listening, motivational interviewing techniques, data analysis capabilities, and ability to work independently while fostering communication across diverse learner profiles. Must demonstrate professional communication, urgency in meeting student needs, and commitment to WGU's leadership principles.
Qualifications: Master's degree or advanced degree with three years of relevant experience in student support or mentoring is preferred. ICF or NBC-HWC coaching certifications are a plus.
Location: Remote from United States of America
Compensation: $58,800 – $88,200/year
