Role Snapshot

Lead demand marketing strategy and execution at Reading Horizons to drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact in the K-12 education sector. Direct quarterly pipeline planning, account-based marketing, and integrated campaign leadership in partnership with Sales.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute quarterly pipeline plans, integrated demand campaigns, and tiered ABM strategies aligned to go-to-market priorities. Manage buying signal identification and activation, oversee digital and performance marketing programs, and optimize lead generation and campaign funnel performance.
Skills & Tools: Proven B2B marketing expertise with strong focus on demand generation, digital acquisition, ABM strategies, and performance optimization based on buying signals. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, analyze data-driven insights, and execute coordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3-5 years in demand generation, preferably within the K-12 education market. Experience managing pipeline planning, campaign leadership, and performance optimization in education sector or similar B2B environment.
Location: Kaysville, Utah
Compensation: $110K–$160K/yr
