Summary
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of all Professional Services functions at MagicSchool, positioning the department as a strategic growth engine that drives revenue, adoption, and customer success. This executive role owns technical onboarding, customer support, solutions architecture, and customer education while serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute long-term Professional Services strategy aligned with company growth goals, oversee large-scale global operations ensuring exceptional service quality and SLA adherence, and design new revenue-generating services and delivery models. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure seamless customer journey from presales through adoption and expansion.
Skills & Tools: 15+ years in Professional Services or Customer Support with deep SaaS or edtech experience, strong operational management capabilities, and exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to build scalable systems, lead transformational change, and drive measurable impact on adoption, retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention.
Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years in senior executive leadership roles with a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth through Professional Services. Experience designing scalable operations, building world-class teams, and executing strategic initiatives in fast-growing technology companies.
