Summary
Drive sales performance and business development for Snap! Mobile by executing a strategic sales plan across schools and organizations in the Santa Cruz area. Build and maintain customer relationships with athletic directors, coaches, and educators to generate revenue and support community programs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory plans, establish and cultivate customer relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and represent Snap! Mobile at events. Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, and presentations while maintaining accurate records in HubSpot and providing sales forecasts.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and exceed sales goals. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot), comfort with digital and in-person sales methods, and a desire to learn in a technology-driven company.
Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience preferred with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales opportunities, and demonstrate high performance in a rapidly changing environment.
Location: Hybrid in Santa Cruz, California, United States
Compensation: $50,000 – $175,000 / annually
