Summary
Revenue Enablement Director at Hack The Box leading strategy to empower global sales teams, improve win rates, and reduce ramp time in the cybersecurity sector. Reports to CRO and directly impacts ASP growth, deal quality, and revenue organization performance across ~80 people.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement revenue enablement strategies, enhance training programs, standardize enterprise selling motions (MEDDPICC), and embed cybersecurity industry knowledge across BDRs, AEs, SEs, and Customer Success teams. Partner with RevOps to connect enablement metrics to pipeline performance and coach frontline managers to become enablement multipliers.
Skills & Tools: Proven SaaS sales experience with strong cybersecurity industry knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise/federal sales cycles. Strong analytical mindset, ability to operationalize sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, and capacity to influence cross-functional teams at senior level.
Qualifications: Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs with demonstrated ability to improve win rates and reduce ramp time. Senior-level influence across cross-functional teams with understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and government procurement cycles.
Location: Remote from Europe (UK/London preferred) or Remote from United States (East Coast preferred); Fully Remote or Hybrid depending on role and location
Compensation: $200,000 – $240,000 / annually
