Summary

Performance Marketing Manager at 360Learning responsible for driving sales opportunities through paid marketing channels (SEM and social ads) across North America. The role focuses on pipeline creation and optimization to support aggressive growth targets.

Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in SEM (Google Ads) and social advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook), data-driven performance focus, analytical skills for reporting and identifying bottlenecks, attention to detail in campaign execution, and autonomy in project management with ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on online campaign management experience with familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo. Background in B2B SaaS is preferred.
Location: Remote, anywhere in Canada
